GPT-derived scoring system for 10-year cardiovascular disease risk estimation
Background
This calculator utilizes linear regression, developed from an extensive dataset comprising pairs of input prompts (which include generated data sampled from a predefined distribution) and corresponding CVD risk estimations produced by GPT-4. For more details, please refer to the paper in the “Publications” section.

The output displays the GPT-derived risk score. For comparison purposes, the 2013 ACC/AHA (American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association) Pooled Cohort Equations score is also shown [1]. To highlight which variables were significant in the prediction of each individual's GPT-derived risk score, SHAP (SHapley Additive exPlanations) values are also displayed [2].
Equations

The equation of our GPT-derived risk score is as follows:

Score = -65.24254 + Age (years) x 0.78364 + Sex** x 6.23986 + Diabetes* x 14.56177 + Treatment for hypertension* x 9.03099 + Dyslipidemia* x 7.29367 + History of atrial fibrillation* x 7.02932 + Chronic kidney disease* x 12.36246 + Family history of cardiovascular disease in first degree relatives* x 2.92164 + Ex-smoker* x 1.05715 + Current smoker* x 5.41816 + Systolic BP (mmHg) x 0.08401 + Diastolic BP (mmHg) x 0.01734 + BMI x 0.09295 + Waist-hip ratio x 0.42550 + HDL cholesterol (mg/dL) x (-0.01023) + LDL cholesterol (mg/dL) x 0.04000 + Triglycerides (mg/dL) x 0.01005 + HbA1c (%) x 0.50574 + Creatinine (mg/dL) x 1.19488 + Uric acid (mg/dL) x 0.03466 + C-reactive protein (mg/dL) x 0.25773

* Yes = 1, No = 0
